Our research focuses on the concepts and methods that facilitate the computer supported representation, management and use of information and knowledge in order to improve managerial decision making and to increase the efficiency of business processes. We work on languages and concepts that support the design of highly integrated multi-perspective enterprise models. During the last years, we developed a corresponding method, MEMO (Multi-Perspective Enterprise Modelling), which features a number of specialized modelling languages, heuristics and processes. Multi-perspective enterprise models are the conceptual foundation of our research on various application domains.
